The Runs in Ireland

.....are unbelievable. Maybe is has something to do with the 60
degree temperature but I felt great running along the sidewalk and
beaches. Oh the scenery doesn't hurt either. Who's up for summer
2010 reward trip for XC to Europe? I've got a place to stay in Kerry
Ireland and also Switzerland. Who's in?

    from the title of this post, before I read it, I actually thought you had caught a tummy bug while in Ireland! I'm sure the running scenery is much better there than here in lil ole' Ridgeway.....
